My order was a family portrait book, 12" x 12" 20 pages, hard cover, 5 copies. The book quality was great. My gripe is the shipping charge is a rip off. The 5 copies as packaged weighed 7#, and USPS media rate for this package is $6. Collage.com's shipping charge was $55. Yes I knew the rate when I placed the order, but with my investment of time in laying the book out I decided to bite the bullet and proceed. But I will never order from Collage.com again.
Tip for consumers:
Photo books are aggressively priced... They make it up in SPADES on the shipping. Check out your shipping charges before you invest hours in laying out your photo books.
