I missed the deadline to move an appeal to arbitration. The freelancer also didn't appeal to arbitration. I was told "It is closed. It can't be reopened." But later I found out that from my point of view, I won and it was successful. There is nothing to reopen. It would have been better if the help person said that at first instead of after I asked further. I had a sinking feeling in my stomach because the freelance was a complete fraud - gave me fake answers to 4 calculus problems which had nothing to do with the problems. But it had a happy ending - for me. And for justice/fairness.
