Late last year I purchased dry food from Pet Circle. However, after the estimated delivery had passed, I contacted them and the next day I was advised that my parcel had been lost by the courier and they would send another parcel. I then received two parcels within two days. I advised them I had received my original parcel and I agreed to pay for the parcel instead of leaving it outside for a courier to collect. I was expecting them to send me an invoice through Paypal but instead they tried to take the money out themselves. Good thing I had already blocked them on Paypal after reading about auto-delivery. It is useless trying to communicate with them because they rely heavily on generic responses.
