It's been 3 days. I've kept my gates open for the entire day until the in-game time resets to a new day. Then I'll get a message that says my gate code has expired. They claim there will be an email when they're ready to come to your island but they don't. You basically have to keep the order page open and refresh it all day long to get any sort of update. So there's a message that my gate code needs to be refreshed. I reset it, and they wait another 24 hours, rinse and repeat.

Their "24/7 live chat" is a joke. I started at queue position 99, got to about 50 or 60, then it mysteriously lost connection and I started at 99 again. Over and over. I haven't even gotten to speak to a bot, much less a person.

I sent them an email but havent gotten a response. Might as well refute it with paypal.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use them, it's a scam
