Been a Daily News subscriber for over 20 years. Moved to Florida and continued my subscription. Experiencing constant delivery problems where my subscription along with others in my area are dropped by the distribution center. This has been going on for over a year. Five times this year alone for extended period of up to five days with no Newspaper. Just got off the phone with the Daily News 800 number asked to speak to a supervisor. The same person came on claiming to be a supervisor. The same person came back on the line! I thought maybe I was mistaken until, upon being asked her name, she gave me one name, then corrected herself, giving me another name. Daily News customer customer service SUCKS! Terminating my subscription.
