Over the course of a yr several times different door dashers have left my food at the wrong place after taking pics of the wrong house they delivered to. Called c.s. Who English is not their first language and I told them I have proof I didn't receive it. No refund. An attorney needs to do a class action lawsuit bc how can you charge for a service and you don't provide that service. Called Stealing

Delivered to wrong address. When I called the door dasher she didn't speak English so she never went back to the wrong house to get my food.
Called 1800 number and they said they will look into giving me a refund but will take 2 to 3 hours. I asked what about my food and re ordering. She said no I can't so that. I asked for a mgr and she said no one is available
An attorney should file a class action lawsuit. They rip people off and lie.
I was told I would get a free subscription. I've been charged a monthly fee. I called to cancel and they said i will continue to be charged the monthly fee.
I have not bought anything in years at old navy and I finally buy something online and they mail it to me (a $20 sweatshirt) with the anti theft tag still on it.
My other items I ordered took another week to get to.me with no email or response stating that my order will be shipped on different days.
Cust service told me I could take the sweatshirt back to.the store and have them take the anto their device off. I live an hour from an old navy so that is not going to happen. They finally said they would give me a credit on my card since i cant use the sweatshirt but it is on day 8 and I have never seen any store that takes up to 10 days to refund your purchase back on your credit card.
I wont shop here again
