As a loyal user, I expected a company of their stature to prioritize resolving customer issues, but unfortunately, my recent experience with them has been nothing short of frustrating and disheartening.
Firstly, their response time was ridiculously slow. It took days for them to acknowledge my issue, which made me feel like my concerns were insignificant and unimportant. They seemed to have no sense of urgency or understanding of the impact their poor service had on my user experience.
Furthermore, when they eventually responded, their generic and templated replies showed a clear lack of interest in actually resolving my problem.
