I ordered my product from them 15 days ago, never received a shipping confirmation, and when you ask for the shipping info no one responds to you. Slow customer service. I've been waiting days for a response. Slow shipping (that's if I ever get my product). The sight doesn't have anyway to request a refund or even cancel the order. I do not recommend using this company.
