I paid money for steam keys and never got them, the chat support is a complete con and there is no one on the other end, I never received the keys just a conformation noted saying I had brought the keys and nothing else,.
I have since canceled my credit card an initiated a charge back, these people need to be tracked down and placed in the worst Gulag possible or worse. Responded saying will give me a refund if I delete my review first, do I look like an idiot.

EA literally stole my account, due to my ISP closing down many years ago I had forgotten my email address for that ISP, I had multiple accounts on that setup, EA could not find my account due to this, I was told if I managed to remember my account to come back to them and they would sort it. Well I remembered recently and went back to sort it to be told that unless they could send an email to the now dead ISP that my account was linked to that I couldn't get the account back. Then I was told that "due to inactivity" EA had closed my account and regardless if I had access to that eMail address or not there is now no way I could get it back. There are games on there I have paid for and literally never played. EA may as well have reached into my wallet and stolen cash from me because that is effectively what they have done.

I didn't get to use any of the software I brought on this account because EA stole the account.

I was banned for writing an non insulting truthful, factual, scientifically accurate response which stated back to the poster what they had stated about me for three days.
Facebooks review process said it had been reviewed which obviously it had not and I was banned anyway.
From that point attempting to review the ban kept resulting in a failure with "please try again later"
I have since threatened Facebook with a lawsuit for breaching my right to free speech.

I bet I still don't hear from them. I have kept images of the posts as evidence and have also laid a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

If Facebook can't or will not take the time to actually check these things and do it without bias then they should pay for their actions.

Tip for consumers:
Anyone who is contemplating using their garbage platform.
