I ordered 5 pieces living room set in August 2022 with the 2-3 weeks deliver time frame which was is round the beginning of Sept. 2022. However, they emailed me every 3 weeks to postpone the shipment. After 7 times postpone I finally the items were delivered on Jan. 24,2023. The one of the chair has many major damages plus its structured wrongly: base frame not fit into up frame. I asked for the return, but 1stopbedroom asked me to pay $286.5 ($500 x 15% = $75 restocking fee & $2.25/lb x 94 lbs = $211.5 shipping fee). Or they want to send some one to repair, it is impossible repaired based on the major damages. Because their policy says "we will resolve the issue by replacing, refunding, or repairing the item as warranted, at its discretion." Due to the 1stopbedrooms has postpone 7 times on shipping my items (every time is 3 weeks delay) to ship my order. I asked for refund but they would not except I pay $286.5 for return. Also they lied to me, at the time I placed the order with a sell's, he told me the deliver is called "In Home Drop Off -- Scheduled delivery to the immediate entryway inside your home." After I reported the damage item 30 minutes after I opened up the items with the phone number given by the driver, and drivers took two pictures for the furniture in my living room, because they would not want to wait for me to open up my 5 items to make if there is no damage, but they signed saying it items were not opened. I reported to 1Stop Bedroom about the damage 1 hour after the delivery. I am very much suppressed by being told by 1 stop bedrooms that I made the damage when I moved from outside to inside the house. The facts are, the driver delivered in my living room I opened at the original spot because it is too heavy 100lbs for me (67 years old with major low back spine issue) to move them. Also, the 1stop Bedrooms has said they take issue report within 24 hours, they will resolve the issue by replacing, refunding, or repairing the item as warranted
Besides the issue above,, they charge me $99 for delivery when they said free delivery, the sell's guy told me my house is remote, but after they charge me I checked their remote locate area, it said "my location is not remote"

Tip for consumers:
They has no business moral when dealing with issues, they lies and keeps change and twist the facts.

the furniture can not be used so it has to be returned for getting refund.

Pulte house has very very bad quality, cut corners, used damaged materials, and the house will only last very a few years, Pulte kept fool and lied to buyers, delivered to uncompleted house to force buyer to closing, saying build does not have to install all things due to closing, if I don't closing Pulte will charge me $250/day. Pulte discriminate you if you are a woman, especially single old woman, and even worse if you are a minority woman. Pulte didn't install the missing items as promised schedules. To install mirrors Pulte broke-in to my house after closing. The warrantee service very bad and rud, never ever returned my calls or took weeks to reply to my emails, it does not matter if they are emergency issues. The construction manager David Strongin threatened me yelled at me when he pointed his finger to the door "get out from here otherwise I am calling police" because I argued with him regarding the broken cabinet when hearing him saying repeatedly "NO, we will NOT replace it". They also installed damaged vanity cabinets & chipped shower door reported within 30 days, Pulte said owner damaged it.

Tip for consumers:
Pulte downgrade the quality showing on catalog and disign center than what I have paid for.
Do not listen to Pulte's lies if Pulte does not deliver the promised house, it would take forever to have it replaced or fixed. Also try to have your family member who is tough to deal with Pulte, because when Pulte saw I was alone, a woman, and a old, they will bully you, fool you and lies to you - they found way to sale you whatever they build after signing the contract - don't close problemed house

Don't closing the house if it is not completed even they threaten you by saying "Pulte will charge buyer $250/day if delay closing, because Pulte does not have to install everything at closing" which is big lies. They installed a fire alarm on the highest point above stairs 25-30' tall. Pulte would not take it down for one time task because it is too difficult and too dangerous to reach it, but they expect owner to reach it when need to change the battery every year. Pulte did not want to make any change based on design. It Pulte design it like that, it is most stupid design people can image.
