The wigs finally arrived today (10/05/2020), and I have to say that I am not surprised by their quality, especially after what I went through after orderin' them. I requested the double thickness, and they're only as thick as a costume wig. They do not have the self fitting, sheer material that you cut to customize it to your head. You can see your scalp, hair net, and the wig mesh. They are bulky in the front, thin in the back, and very unrealistic (yes, the curly crop makes me look like an ol' school marm, especially with my glasses and no make-up). The last photo is what they are supposed to look like. They are definitely not worth the $94.00 I paid, and I intend to return them and get a full refund.

So I emailed them again because I was gettin' fed up. I told them very plainly "I've tried calling *******860 and emailing *******@gmail.com multiple times as they are on the PayPal receipt, but I've been getting no response. I ordered on 9/9/20 and my order still hasn't shipped. Please cancel my order and refund me the full $93.87." Well, I received a response from "Judy Mitchell" at *******@gmail.com on Sep 17,2020, 3:59 AM statin' "Sorry to find out that there is still a product in production for you, we will send it to you after completion, please be patient, thank you for your letter."

I started sufferin' genetically thinin' hair at a young age, so I decided it was the last straw. I saw an advertisement on FaceBook for those heat resistant, double thick wigs with that mesh that ya cut to fit your own noggin. I decided, what the heck... I'll give 'em a shot. The company was advertised as Dorothy Beauty. Silly me, I didn't do my research before hand, and on 09/09/2020, I bought 4 wigs (they were buy one, get one free), and 6 caps (they were buy three, get three free). I received my order confirmation through my email, and my PayPal notification of payment. Well, it's now 09/14/2020, and I haven't even gotten an update of shippin'. Well, I noticed an odd bit of information on my PayPal receipt statin' "You sent a payment of $93.87 USD to 厦门刀锋意志科技有限公司". Nope. No I didn't. Come to find out "厦门刀锋意志科技有限公司" means Xiamen Daofeng Will Technology Co., LTD. I couldn't find anythin' online about Xiamen Daofeng Will Technology Co., LTD., but I did find Xiamen Baofeng Industry Co., LTD. and they ain't got nothin' to do with the beauty industry. I've tried to email them at *******@gmail.com and phone them at *******860 (which is a Google subscriber phone) like it states on the receipt, but I haven't heard anythin' from them. I blame myself because I generally do my homework first, but this just goes to show ya... knowledge is power. Research! Research! Research!
