Order again. Sad because they have such a large selection of hats. Please send a refund because it appears that I'm not going to receive my hats.
HI Cheryl, I don't have a order number to look into the specifics of your order but I do apologize you didn't receive a return call. During the early months of Covid we unfortunately only had 4 people doing all the work of the company to keep things going and our 1 customer service clerk was working from home so I am sure we were not at our top performance which shouldn't be an excuse for you having issue with an item you purchased from us.
