It's no wonder why their average rating is one star. I received a quote for my 2003 Toyota Corolla with $78,000 miles for a $300.00 value if I wanted to sell it to them, Seriously?
When I went on other websites, the value was approximately $3,000.00.
When I tried messaging the "bot" on their website, I replied "Is that $300.00 quote a joke? The bot said "Sorry if I was unhappy with my quote, but we have 56 cars for sale under $300.00/mth, that I might be interested in buying". I was shown a description of a Lexus for $18,900. Maybe they thought I could use my $300.00 they offered me as a down payment. (Common sense is lacking) How can you run a business if you can't even speak to a real person? A 1st grader has more intelligence than that stupid bot that I tried to chat with. Do yourself a favor and don't do business with this company, read the horor stories of other people's issues of "Carvana Gone Wrong"
