They keep emailing me that I have a bill and an account but I do not. I tried to log into their website just in case and it doesn't work.

There's no contact number or person to talk to.

I emailed to get an update on my order and the customer service rep said that since my order has left the warehouse, there was nothing they can do. No refund and they couldn't re-place the order. She told me to contact them in another 10 days if they had not arrived. Her suggestion was to reorder my entire order and get a refund once both orders arrived. There's no way I was giving any more money. So I guess I'm going to wait a few weeks then I'll call my credit card to see if there's anything they can do as the order was not filled.
