I placed an order with Organicskincare.com 11 days ago. I received an order summary via email but was never given any tracking information, so I reached out to the company a few days later. They replied with an email saying they didn't even have those products in stock and they expected to receive them in a few days. Several more days went by without receiving a shipping update or arrival timeline, so I emailed them for that information. I still haven't received a reply from them. They received their payment, but they don't seem very invested in delivering quality customer service or goods. Extremely disappointing experience.
Update: The products I ordered from Organicskincare.com eventually arrived- but were spoiled. I consulted my esthetician about the symptoms experienced and she explained that the products had gone bad/ expired and were causing a reaction. It's a brand she uses in her practice daily, so she's quite familiar with their delicate, all-natural ingredients. She further explained that only licensed professionals sell that brand of products due to their sensitive nature, so buying from anyone else likely implies the seller is peddling "secondhand" products that have been deemed expired or not for resale.
