Hello Gurgunayev,

I'm here to assist you with your concern about the unlocking process of your iPhone SE from StraightTalk USA. From what you've shared, it seems that your phone has a status of "Hard-Locked", which, unfortunately, is a situation where our unlocking services encounter limitations.

Per our Refund Policy, I can certainly understand your request for a refund due to the inability to unlock your phone. However, it's outlined that hard-locked phones are not eligible for a refund in the form of the original payment method. But here's what we can do for you – you have been issued a credit note. This credit note can be used against any different service you might need in the future from our platform. It adds flexibility for you to choose another service that could be beneficial to your needs.

I recognize that this outcome isn't ideal, and I genuinely wish we had been able to unlock your phone. We aim to provide satisfactory solutions to our customers, and the credit note is our way of acknowledging the inconvenience and offering you a value that you can use with us later.

If there's anything specific you'd like to discuss or if you have any other questions, I'm here to help. Thank you for your understanding, and I hope we can find a way forward that assists you with your mobile device needs.

I can't use this credit, I don't have any other phones that need to be unlocked. I need a refund. You undertook to unlock my phone, you couldn't do it, return the money or I'll make a complaint to the right authorities.

Hello Gurgunayev,

Thank you for reaching out and providing your feedback. I really understand your frustration regarding the unlocking process of your iPhone SE and the fact that you don't have a need for the credit note we've issued. My goal is to help you find a satisfactory resolution.

Our team at Cellunlocks.com did perform the Eligibility Check and the unlock attempt on your iPhone SE from StraightTalk USA with the understanding that each step is essential in the process of unlocking your device. As stated in our terms, the Eligibility Check and Unlocking Payment are both part of the consecutive stages necessary for this service (sections 7.3 and 1.1 of our Terms and Conditions).

I recognize that you're feeling the service hasn't met your needs and therefore are seeking a refund. According to our Refund Policy, hard-locked phones are unfortunately not eligible for a monetary refund. However, because we value your business and want to address your concerns to the best of our ability, the credit note has been issued to you to use against any different service in the future which can extend to various types of phone services that we offer (section 7.5 of our Refund Policy).

I understand that you currently do not have another phone to unlock. Perhaps there could be a possibility in the future where you or someone close to you might benefit from our services. Our credit note does not expire, ensuring that you have the flexibility to use it whenever a need arises without a time constraint.

If the credit note does not offer a useful alternative for you, I would like to ask if there's anything else within our range of services that might be of help or interest. We strive to provide value to our customers in more ways than just unlocking, and we may have other options that could be beneficial for you.

We take customer satisfaction seriously and we aim to uphold that. I would like to ensure that your concerns are addressed appropriately and would encourage you to share any additional thoughts you might have on how we might better assist you.

Thank you for your understanding, Gurgunayev. We're here to help and want to make sure your experience with us is as positive as possible under the circumstances.

Warm regards,
Anna

I didn't see your points anywhere, you didn't even warn me during the first payment that there would be a second one, I don't intend to leave you your hard-earned money. I insist on a refund, I will write about this fraud to various anti-virus programs so that they also know where the fraud is happening. I will complain about your site. Your site with such relationships with clients should be blacklisted; there are tools to track site activities. I, as a victim of your activities, will spend every effort to return my funds

Hello Gurgunayev Chingiz,

I'm truly sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction, and I understand that discovering additional costs can be frustrating. Please allow me to clarify the process and the payments involved.

You made two payments, with the first being $28.99 for the Eligibility Check, and the second payment of $72 for the Standard Unlock, as detailed on our website and checkout page. This process, which includes an initial eligibility assessment followed by the actual unlocking service, is standard for our operations. We aim to be transparent with our costs, and I apologize if this was not clear at the outset.

According to our policies, the cost for the Eligibility Check is non-refundable because we have already performed this service to assess whether your iPhone SE could be unlocked from the network StraightTalk USA. Upon proceeding, we discovered that your phone is "Hard-Locked," a status which, as per our terms (section 7.5) and refund policy, makes it ineligible for a monetary refund. Instead, we provided a credit note to offer value for the services already rendered.

I assure you that our intentions are always to provide a valuable service to our customers, and it's never our goal to cause any inconvenience. We operate within the boundaries of the law and with complete respect for our customers' rights.

Your feedback is taken seriously, and it helps us to improve. We hope to resolve this matter amicably and would like to explore all possible options to assist you. If there's anything specific within our range of services you feel could benefit you now, or in the future, we're eager to accommodate your needs.

Thank you for sharing your concerns, and I hope we can find a solution that is acceptable to you. If you have any further queries or require more assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Warm regards,
Anna

I consulted with a lawyer, he claims that this is fraud. I do not agree with your policy of charging money for work not done. And we are looking for options to oblige you to pay my money.

Hello Gurgunayev Chingiz,

I'm deeply sorry to hear about the frustration you're experiencing, and I completely understand your concerns. I want to ensure you that our intent is to provide you with a quality service and it's important for me to address your concerns.

Let me further explain the situation regarding the payments you've made. According to the terms and conditions and service structure at cellunlocks.com, all customers go through two main stages when unlocking a phone:

1. The Eligibility Check, which you paid $28.99 for, is a necessary first step to determine if your phone can be unlocked from its current network. This involves a series of checks to confirm the status of your iPhone SE.

2. The Standard Unlock, which you paid $72 for, is the next stage where we proceed to unlock your device based on the successful outcome of the Eligibility Check.

Both of these payments are outlined and specified during the checkout process and are part of our terms and conditions to which customers agree before making a payment. Unfortunately, as detailed in the refund policy, Eligibility Check fees are non-refundable because the service has been provided – it has confirmed the status of your phone which in this case is "Hard-Locked".

Phones with a "Hard-Locked" status are particularly challenging as this means the device has exhausted all attempts to be unlocked with incorrect codes and the network provider has prevented further attempts. For such cases, our policy states that refunds cannot be issued. However, we do acknowledge the effort and trust you put into using our service, which is why we've issued a credit note that does not expire and can be used for a wide range of other services we offer.

I understand that this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, and I want to assure you that there is no fraud involved. At cellunlocks.com, we operate legally and uphold the highest standards of customer service. I'm here to listen to any further thoughts you have and to assist you in any way within our policies.

Your experience and satisfaction matter to us, and I hope we can assist you in finding a useful service for the credit note or any other way to resolve your concern amicably.

Warm regards,
Anna

I want you to know that here we have 100 dollars, which is 70 percent of the salary of the seller in the store. People here work for $130 a month!.
I paid you 28 dollars so that you could check it, you did the check and said that we would do the unlocking, because of this I also transferred 72 dollars to you. And now you're telling me that I can't unlock it, then why did you check my phone for 28 dollars if you didn't determine its status?
You have two options, either you unlock my phone or you return my money.

Hello Gurgunayev Chingiz,

I truly appreciate the time you've taken to express your concerns, and I understand that the cost of our services represents a significant investment for you. I want to address your concerns in a clear and transparent manner.

When you initially reached out to us for unlocking your iPhone SE, we undertook a two-step process, which is standard across our service offerings. The first step was the Eligibility Check, for which you paid $28.99. This service is designed to assess whether your phone can be unlocked. The second step, which you paid $72 for, would have been the actual unlocking of the device from the StraightTalk USA network.

We determined during the Eligibility Check that your phone could potentially be unlocked, thus prompting the second payment. However, upon attempting the Standard Unlock, we discovered that your phone has a status of "Hard-Locked". Unfortunately, as per our Refund Policy, if a phone is hard-locked by the carrier, no monetary refund can be provided. The work that goes into both checking and attempting to unlock is significant, and as such, these services are non-refundable.

I recognize that this situation is not ideal, and it is not the outcome either of us hoped for. We always aim to unlock phones whenever possible, and it is in our best interest to do so successfully. In acknowledgment of your situation, we've issued a credit note because we value your business and wish to maintain a good relationship with you.

Although this credit note might not satisfy your immediate request, it is a gesture that provides you the flexibility to utilize our various services in the future, including for different devices or for others who may need an unlock service. This credit note is kept on your account with us and does not expire.

I understand that our services represent a significant portion of a monthly salary in your region, and this is not taken lightly. We adhere to the policies that our customers agree to upon purchasing our services, and we strive to be as transparent as possible throughout the process. This ensures that all customers are fully informed before making any payment.

I want to assure you that we are here to offer support and will work within our policies to find the best way forward for you. While I understand that this might not be the resolution you were seeking, I truly hope for an opportunity to assist you further, either now or in the future.

Warm regards,
Anna
