I ordered an Arris TG 1682G modem from this seller and I thought I am ordering a new modem. But, a used modem came several days later and it wasn't working properly from the beginning of the installation. Xfinity couldn't help because it wasn't one of theirs and Arris informed me that they cannot provide the help with modems which are not supposed to be sold by third parties (This model is built exclusively for comcast). So, without any help from anybody I contacted the seller to return the item back and he was dragging the email conversation giving me different reasons without providing proper instructions to return the item. When I questioned him about selling a used item, he sent me a line in his product description which was hidden in an embedded advertisement. So, I realized that he is playing a game and decided to get my money back disputing the credit transaction. I was lucky to get my money back.
