When I originally placed my order there was a question in the Q&A that asked if the bearings and seals were included. The answer from the staff was "the bearings are included not the seals." This answer has since been changed, but i do have a screenshot of the original answer. I also called and spoke with a representative just to confirm before I ordered. The rep said "I don't see it in the description, but because the staff said yes in the Q&A, that they should be included.

I received the rotor kit and no bearings. I called and spoke with multiple people to try and fix the situation. They apologized and admitted to their mistakes. That was great and all, but I still wanted the bearings that I was expecting.

Instead of fixing the actual problem and sending the missing bearings, all they would offer was a return of the rotor kit. Which looked really nice by the way.

This solution sucks because now I have to find rotors elsewhere. And not only that, 1A auto has to pay for return shipping which probably costs more than it would to send a set of $30.00 wheel bearings. I know its not an expensive part, it's just the moral of the story.

Just think. If you just took care of your customer you probably would have had more sales in the future. But I guess that's not what your looking for.

Thanks 1A Auto
