“Won't take back defective shoes”

I've gone back and forth with customer service over email and they refuse to take the shoes back. There is a piece inside the shoe that is stabbing the foot. They said since the shoes have been worn they aren't eligible for returns. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Tip for consumers:
Don't buy unless you know you won't need to return it. They will not accommodate you and you will have buyers remorse.
