One month to receive my order is completely unacceptable and conflicts with their customer service shipping statement, which reads: "If your order contains an item(s) with an unusually long ETA, our online ordering team will contact you to verify the ETA is acceptable."
Why did nobody in the department bother to inform me of such delay? Even after inquiring about this delay they were very slow to respond. As a business owner myself, I have been days without sleep to know that my company is running well... apparently this is not how Vivid Racing operates.
