Order: *******: I haven't received my order of sheets, pillowcases, and pillows. They were (according to My Pillow's email to me), sent to FedEx on December 22nd. They are still at FedEx, apparently, today, December 27th. Calling their customer service department, I was "handled" by one of the rudest CSR persons I have ever had the displeasure of communicating with! And that was after having to listen to Amazing Grace blasting in my ear. Yes, yes. God Bless you too. I plan on sending the entire order back for a full refund, as was rudely suggested by the CSR, "whenever you get it."
