I had written a review yesterday regarding my customer service experience with Koodo (Telus), please see original review below,
But have since resolved it today. I believe a company's customer service is only as good as the person on the other end of the phone on that day. This was a simple roaming charge error that was resolved in minutes with the proper experienced service rep. Yesterday was a complete waste of time as the rep either didn't know how to resolve the issue or was too afraid to take responsibility without constantly referring to his supervisor. At any rate patience and politeness can pay off.

The initial customer service reps seem not to have any authority to make simple reversals of small charges. I tried to get a $16 roaming charge reversed to no avail. The charge was mistakenly applied and clearly showed one minute or the cost of connection and $16 was applied. The rep that I contacted after waiting a half hour for a callback, understood my frustration with the one-minute $16 charge but continually had to contact his supervisor. I was cut off three times which is ironic for a communications company. In the end, nothing was resolved and I am now considering switching to a new company.

This company and it's owner damaged my vehicle and refused to compensate me. They are liars and crooks. I had brought in my VW for repair, and they made a complete mess of it. Joe the owner is a scammer and a liar.

I purchased a pair of sunglasses from this online store at the end of June and when they arrived I tried them on and I discovered they were far too feminine and that I would never wear them. This website has a 30-day return policy but I did not return them right away as I thought I would save everyone the trouble and sell them to a friend. I waited for several weeks and my friend did not come to see the glasses. I contacted the company and explained the situation but the person writing the emails just stuck to the policy which would put me a few days over the 30-day limit. I offered to purchase a new more expensive pair but they would not hear of it, they would not even sign their letters with their names. It appeared that the rep writing corresponding with me had virtually no business experience.
I will not shop at a company that is so rigid and self-serving and would rather lose a customer than perform a simple exchange. Also, it is very important to sign your name when representing a company so the customer knows whom they are dealing with.
I am always baffled by companies that don't empower their employees to deal with each situation on a case by case basis instead of just spuing policy. This was a small amount of money, the glasses will end up in a drawer and they have lost a customer for life, no one wins.

Ordered a product on this site more than one month ago and never received it. Emailed the company and received only one weak response and then no more after that.
Looked further into their credentials and though they appear to be out of Florida they are really using a server in Malaysia.
Save your money and buy local this is a SCAM!
