Stay away from this company. My 92-year-old mom had a fall with her button around her neck. It didn't work. She spent 15 hours on the floor overnight in a puddle of urine until she was found by her homemaker. When we called for a replacement button, they would not overnight it. It took 10 days for a replacement to show up. In her biggest time of need, Lifeline failed us. My mom is now in a nursing home and when I tried to cancel her service, they would not work with me even though I have power of attorney for her financial and legal affairs. This company is awful!
