My original concert was rescheduled. The tickets were not made available to me immediately. When inquiring, agents told me several times that my tickets would be available 24-48 hours ahead of the show, and "not to worry about it." On the day of the show, tickets had still not been delivered. When inquiring that day, the agent said I would have an answer regarding the delay by 7:00 pm (an hour before the doors opened in a city an hour away). I asked them to go ahead and process a refund, and suddenly they were able to contact the seller and deliver the tickets.
Additionally, while asking to process a refund, I went to Ticketmaster to look for availability directly. I found that tickets were available at half the cost that I paid for them through Big Stub for far better seats. No, I'll never use Big Stub again. I think this reseller business should be illegal. It's basically scalping, and it's a rip-off to concertgoers.
