I ordered a sword from Sword Kingdom and they sent the wrong item. That happens, I understand but my attempts to rectify this was horrible. First, no one would return my emails. The phone was never picked up. Eventually I did connect with someone through their chat who looked into it, admitted their error and gave me my options. I wanted a refund which never happened. Since then I have tried several times to contact them and have been ignored. This was an incredibly frustrating experience.
