They lie to customers in a passive-aggressive manner. In April of 2020, they announced a 2 month extension of memberships due to Covid-19. "In order to help our GOLFPASS+ members enjoy their benefits and take advantage of their membership during this time, we are extending your membership an extra 2 months." Now my membership is in the 2 month extension period and I discover the policy is monthly tee time credits (last month they changed that from Unlimited Fee Hot Deal M-Th PM tee to $10 off Hot Deal anytime without notice) won't be issued during the 2 months. That is a benefit of the membership and it's not what they told their customers. It's disgusting treatment.
