I was looking for a specific helmet from a certain brand in a specific size and the local Cycle Gear did not have it in stock. However, the kind employee let me know that I could order it online and have it shipped to my home or the store. So I got it shipped to store and it only took about 2 days. The same employee was there to give it to me and she was still very nice. I appreciate the great customer service.
They have the best in-person deals on helmets and gloves compared to a motorcycle dealer.
I chose the Bell Qualifier Deluxe because I already owned one, but it was old and time to get a new one. I knew it fit me great and was comfortable. Plus the transition visor is so handy.
