I received my order of about $500 worth and received wrong items. When you call the answering machine comes on saying they are closed. Yet they are supposed to be open from 8-430. I called at 230, so then I send an email. No responseā¦I should know better because I have had a bad experience before sending products that weren't as described or again sent wrong products. I spent much more on the item then what they sent me. If they don't respond I will go same route as before to reporting them. I find it's a bad reflection on management and therefore the employees are the same way. This company needs to be revamped and get better customer service. It's a nightmare to deal with them.
