You can tell when a company doesn't care about their customers! And this company is one of those. All they care about is taking your money however they do not do right by the customer. I have been going back and forth with them for over 3 months in regards to a dispute ( I did not receive the item) and they have done nothing to resolve this issue. I have provided more than enough proof that I did not receive the item nor a refund and every supervisor I have spoken to has told me the same damn thing " we will get back to you soon". Meanwhile I keep getting automated messages about my loan becoming delinquent if I do not pay! If this impacts my credit best believe I will take drastic measures!
