I was hesitant to use this site since I had never heard of them, but the Groupon was appealing, and everyone in my house needs shoes right now. I was impressed with the site and selection, so I bought the Groupon. I placed an order which arrived in about 2-3 days. Great so far. The shoes were too big, so I requested an exchange. They sent me a label, I returned them 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing. After a week, I emailed customer service because their hours are awful - they work whenI work, so I can't call them easily, unless it's my lunch, then I suppose they are also at lunch because they don't answer. Anyway, I finally get a response that says my account has been credited. What? I don't want a credit, I want my shoes in the right size. So I call and finally speak to a dimwit girl who is so unhelpful. It took her 5 minutes and two hold times to realize I wanted an exchange. She exclaimed, "well, we just received them yesterday and it will take a while to process." I corrected her - they were received by Shoebacca several days ago according to UPS. She had no idea how long the processing would take. I asked for an estimate - nothing. So, I decided to be patient. It has been another week, I just received an email 2 days ago that my order was being processed and I would receive an email when it shipped. Still nothing. I sent another email yesterday asking what the status is. Nothing. At this point, I've lost my patients. They have had my money for what, 3 weeks now, but I don't have shoes. They don't care either. If I didn't have the Groupon, I would have cancelled my order. I may just deny the charges on my cc and contact Groupon for a credit. I frequently buy Groupons and have always had positive experiences. This is the worst customer service I have received in a long time. I hate to bash this company online, but I can't get a response any other way, so I'm at the end of my rope. Please Shoebacca, my time is valuable. I don't want to waste it dealing with your crap. It's simple - put the size 8 in the box, slap a label on it, and UPS will do the rest. As long as this pair fit well, you won't ever hear from me again... ever. Thank you.
