Submitted a same day pickup for a broken television. He called to confirm and told me that he thought he'd be there at the end of the allotted time. Showed up exactly when he said he would. Very professional and courteous. Immediately gave me a quote and, when I agreed, took the television. Super easy to work with and the entire process was short and efficient. Would 100% use them again.
