I placed an order for an "in stock" item three weeks ago, they charged my credit card, and when I got my tracking info it turned out to belong to someone else's shipment.
After a week I finally got a response to my emails and calls and was told that it was "out of stock" with their regular vendor but they would rush ship it to me from another.
The following week - after yet another call/email - I was promised that I would have it within a few days.
Fast forward three weeks (no merchandise) and I call to cancel the order and have my money refunded as it's clear to me that this company is jerking me around. The customer service person tells me she doesn't even see my order in their system (and therefore cannot process a refund!).
Shady business practices. Will call American Express and have them take back their charge.
