I placed a order on 5/24 and on 5/27 I seen that It was still in review status. I contacted Dr. Jays via chat because of the pandemic they don't have anyone that you can talk to over the phone. I was told the billing address that I use was incorrect and that it just had to be updated but my card was already charged $270 so I was a little confused. I was a short after leaving the chat that everything would be taken care of. 5/28 my order remains is review, I contact Chad again and I let them know that if this does not get updated by the end of the day that I will cancel the order. Then I receive an email 20 minutes later saying that they had cancel my order due to a back up payment. I feel the chat agent was upset because I did not let her finish and she canceled my order. I find it really strange that my card was charged already but you're saying you can't update the order because of the billing address. This is my second and last time trying to order from Dr. Jays they are overpriced and they always seem to find an issue with your card. I've been using this card all week ordering stuff to keep me busy in the house this is the only website that I have gotten any issue with. I was suggest not ordering with them I would also suggest that if you are going to order with them please make sure that you put in the correct billing As they will not inform you we will not be processed you will just have to wait around and see
