Really bad customer service franchises not being held to a stand speaking to customers anyway, they want. Taking your Money and trying not to give you any returns. Even when the equipment does not work for you. I recommend no one used this company. It's impossible to speak to someone from boost in the United States. Nothing but a run around.
Tip for consumers: This is totally wrono. They charged me $30 appultimately. Because they sold me a faulty product and their franchise.
And try z kept that money and boost has yet to return. Any of my phone calls that are left with customer service many times
Products used: Able to xfinity prepaid box from the boost store. In York Pennsylvania, it was bad, did not work. They kept half of my money.
