Have purchased several items from this auction house in the past but their customer service is horrendous. This recent experience will make me think twice before doing business with them in the future. If you need information or any kind of assistance you may never get a response from anyone for weeks. I contacted this company 4 times through email and called 5-6 times before someone ever picked up and the only response I got was that they'd have to look into it. Not worth the hassle here.
