Absolutely no customer service support. No person to talk to about any service or support issues. Weak signal always. I am in southern Ontario so no lack of towers. Had no data for over a month and of course you can't get a refund for lack of service since you pay ahead. Left and moved to a real cell provider that at least has customer support and most importantly better signal strength.
Tip for consumers: AVOID. Not worth the frustration to save a few bucks. I don’t even know how they are still in business. No signal strength even in densely populated areas.
