I placed an order on May 25 and I have yet to receive a tracking number. I contacted the seller on May 31 to check on the status of my order the seller responded with " We shipped today". I then responded with may I have a tracking number in which the seller never responded and refuses to give me one. The seller uses this app called route and the app requires access to your personal email which also contains your personal information. Upon reading the reviews about route I did not feel comfortable downloading this app which will have access to all of my personal information just to obtain a tracking number. If I place an order with you once my order has shipped you should be emailing me a tracking number. When I reached out to you and you informed me today that you would be shipping my items today why are you not able to give me a tracking number? I have ordered with elevate styles for years and have spent tons of money with this company. Not only will I be leaving this review but I will also be doing a tutorial as I am a well-known YouTuber and will be letting other well-known Youtubers know to not do business with elevate styles and to not promote anything or any product with their company as they do not know how to treat their customers. It's really not very difficult to respond. If you want to be successful than just learn how to be decent and how to treat people instead of being a jerk.

The reason for the delay is that PAYPAL had a pending payment as such we had to wait for PAYPAL for payment to clear.
Your order is shipping today and the tracking number should update once its picked up by the carrier today. We do not ship on weekends and holidays.
