Please go anywhere else but here! Net-a-Porter, Mytheresa, 1st dibs significantly better than this site. Not only do they charge you a 25% restocking fee they make you take multiple pictures of the item before they will even consider allowing you to return it. Even worse, they falsely advertise by showing you gloves that match the dress perfectly only they're not included in your purchase, and you cannot buy them separately. Customer Service said that they would support me when I had them. Look at the picture of what I purchased and then sided with the company. I have lost over $1500 by using this website. Go anywhere else please
I purchased two trees. One arrive healthy. The other was clearly not ok. Drooping leaves. Sent picture to customer service. Never got a response.

They could provide the trees I wanted and offered a guarantee. Didn’t know they wouldn’t respond.
