I'm currently on the phone with Customer (non)Service after being on hold for almost 30 minutes. The (non)gentleman repeatedly interrupted me & spoke over me. After tolerating this behavior many times, I finally pointed out that I was speaking. He is now not responding. I'm still on the line! >5 minutes of the silent treatment & 3 unanswered requests to speak with his supervisor prompted me to write this review. Unbelievable & unprofessional behavior. What kind of personnel does this company hire?!
