According to the tracker, my package mailed out on july 25th. Here it is almost two weeks later and I don't have it. Also, I can't find a way to contact shop lulu. I have already been charged on my credit card, so obviously I want my merchandise. I would have appreciated a more realistic ship date. Anyone out there who can help me? *******@juno.com

Hi Cindy - This is the first we are hearing of this so let's get it taken care of
There is a Large Message Us button for customer service on the bottom of each page of our site that does indeed give you a way to contact us. The order came through the Name Your Own Price system and we did indeed send it out, we have no control once it hits the Mail system but are correct it does seem to be lost in the mail. Beeing as you didn't receive it we just issued you a refund. Thanks for making an offer I am not sure why it didn't go out but let's just resolve it by issuing you the refund for the 5.00 you paid for the bracelet.
