Update Dec. 4th... received a call back from USPS after their investigation and they never recieved a package! Label was created online but never recieved the actual package! I again am changing my review back to a 1 star! And I have also emailed First deal back.

Update... i received a email from First deal explaining the shipment issue. Shipment should be here by the end of next week. They also gave me a $25 store credit and free shipping for all future purchases... customer service is polite and friendly. I changed my rating from a 1 star to 3. If my shipment arrives next week. I will a again update and change my rating if product is what I order. I do appreciate their customer service via email. I still feel as though things would have moved faster had I been able to talk with someone via phone.

Update: I have been contacted by usps and since it has been the 5 day grace period of since the label was created they are going to investigate the issue and contact me back. They are still has of now not aware of anything more then a label being created.

I order 2 sets of of airpods 2nd generation for Christmas presents for my daughters on Nov 21st. I thought I was getting a great deal. I checked reviews and they all seemed good. I guess I didn't scroll through them all. I've seen several others complaining of the same issue. I have not recieved my order so I cant say whether or not it is or isnt what I order. They sent me a email stating it was shipped on the 28th of NOV. But USPS is saying the label as been created but still awaiting package. The email I recieved from First Deal Outlet stated that sometimes that will not change until its closer to delivery date. However I order something yesterday and it was shipped economy shipping by usps from a unrelated company to First Deal and it is already in transit so not sure why First Deal Outlet is only experiencing this with their usps service. Had i known this would be a issue I would have paid extra for shipping but with it being 5 weeks from christmas I was thinking the economy shipping would be fine. I've contacted USPS and am waiting a call back. If my shipment arrives in the next few days I will change my review and post this as a postal issue but from the information I've gotten so far from USPS its not on their end. I also feel as though I would recieve better customer service if I could actually talk to someone on the phone then having to send a email. My fear is I'm out the money now and I have to fine replacement Christmas gifts for my kids because this was one of their most wanted gifts.
