The website has horrible customer service. I buy a lot of products online and this company has the worst service by far. A rep said my items should leave the warehouse within 1 -3 days of the order, with an additional 5 or so days for shipping. They created the label but USPS never received the package. After 3 weeks, I requested a refund because I didn't need the items anymore. When I requested a refund, they said the package was "lost." Yes, Wet N Wild, you lost the package. USPS never received it per the tracking number. Instead of processing a refund per my request, they told me they would resend the items. First of all, they never sent the items in the first place. They just printed a label. I truly cannot believe a company as large as Wet N Wild has such terrible customer service. Never again will I be buying anything from this company.
