I ordered a Wahl shaver from this site. The shaver was $2.00 less on this site than on Target.com. So, I ordered it. Two days later, UPS had the item in my hand. Unfortunately, the delivery was only the positive part of this story.
I turned on the shaver and was glad to see it was fully charged. I started to shave my face and noticed the shaver wasn't cutting. I opened the cover and saw the cutting bar assembly was missing from the inside. The only things that was present was the post that the bar assembly rests on. I called the site's customer service number, pressed 3 for Customer Service and spoke to a person on the phone. I explained my issue to the Cust Svc rep and he told me that the shaver doesn't come with a cutting bar assembly. What?!? I asked the person why not. He pointed me to the list of contents on the website. I asked him, "why would I purchase a shaver without a cutting bar assembly?" That doesn't make sense to me. He said the unit doesn't come with one. That's crazy! After asking him the same question again, he asked if I wanted to talk to a customer service rep. I asked who was he, he said he was in the processing area. Okay, pressing 3 for customer service routes the caller to the processing area. He transferred me to someone else who then transferred me to a third person who put me on hold. I hung up and called Wahl directly. They shipped me a piece right away, no questions asked. Premuimstore has some serious customer service issues. The only reason for a two-star rating instead of a one-star rating was for the immediate delivery. My advice, order from someone else if you can!
