I´m using canadapetcare to order Valueheart and Comfortis for my dogs. Shipping takes a little longer but since I know about this I order in advance before I run out of the medicine. Some people are worried about the quality of the medicine since it ships from Singapore or the UK, but I can honestly say that my dogs are flea free and we had a REAL flea problem before I put them on Comfortis.
One time I had a problem with my order, I hit the purchase button, but the webpage said "bank has declined payment, please place your order again" so I looked up my bank account and found that my credit card has been accepted and the payment was pending.
If I had placed my order again I´d probably been billed again, so I wrote an eMail to the customer service. The next day a very friendly agent called me and told me that their bank declined my payment (for whatever reason) and my credit card will not be debited for this purchase. He offered me a 10% discount if I placed my order again and he apologized for the inconvenience. I had no trouble understanding him, his english was very well (someone wrote they couldn´t understand the call center agents due to a heavy Indian accent) and he was even able to detect my German accent, lol.
Another day later my bank status showed that the money was not taken out of my account and my new bill was even less than before.
I was somewhat surprised that this issue has been solved in such a timely and good manner and can only say "Thank you" canadapetcare!
I hope my review helps those who are in doubt or uncomfortable with this company.
(and NO, I´m not an employee nor related to them in any way, just trying to save some bucks)

UPDATE 9/7/2015:
They took Comfortis out of their program so I had to switch to another vendor. Sorry, canadapetcare. I was a very happy customer.
