Sadly, the valve arrived without the connection adapters. I contacted the company but it took them time to respond and more time for the parts to arrive. I was on a time crunch so I ordered the adapters from another company having to pay $25 plus shipping ($40+ total) that would arrive in time. Now I am out $40 and have extra connectors!

Took too long for a response but, once given a response the rep acted quickly but, …..

My Fleck 7000 valve lasted for 12 years. Tanks are still in great shape so I went with the new valve
