I ordered a passport wallet 2 months ago, have called Customer Service where they passed me on to 6 different representatives (some from different catalogs) who said item was in stock, but i must speak to a supervisor…last representative (never spoke to anyone who said the were supervisor) said she was overnighting item to me but never received it; now 1 week after writing email to customer service, no response; good news is they never charged me, but would have liked to receive my gift item!
