You cannot communicate with this company, no phone, no live chat. They do not answer emails. I had my credit card used to buy from their sight, tried to get the orders stopped which was difficult but they said they did, did they said they did not, then they kept my money. Dishonest company.
You are sorry to hear about my experience? First, I did NOT order anything from you, it was fraud as someone used my credit card, which I have told you over and over and over again. I contacted you the day it happened, how can I give you order numbers, I DID NOT ORDER ANYTHING! You could have easily stopped shipment on the orders. And, your live chat does not work! You blocked me from sending private messages on facebook to communicate. Don't tell me you are sorry to hear about my experience, you have cancelled the fraud orders and are keeping my money!
