It is user friendly, imho, cause when you are about to report someone, you can do it, when you want to cancel - the procedure is simple, BUT! I faced the problem with my trusted status - I don't understand and they don't say the reason of elimination of that status and they say I breached TC, but I did nothing wrong! Please explain.
