I've received all my packages relatively quickly, with no issue. The only issue I've had is that I once ordered something but I guess it was oversold so it had to be canceled which was a bit disappointing, but no biggie as I didn't get charged for it and the rest shipped out right after. It generally only takes 2-4 days for packages to arrive and the quality has always been top tier, exactly as described.

Tip for consumers:
I’d say make sure you read dimensions as I see a lot of people on the website complain about thinking it would be bigger/smaller and being disappointed when it doesn’t meet those expectations.
Also don’t spend your whole paycheck. It’s super tempting to.

All of them, many plushies and a switch case.
