We signed up for ATT Business services wireless network plans, as a small, seasonal, rural business. We received our network devices, sim cards, but no phones. It took us 3 months to correct billing for phones we never received. ATT NEVER once sent us an actual billing statement. The only way we knew about our statements was from disconnect notices! Since we are seasonal, I set up to 'suspend' our services and pay a $15 monthly fee for the network devices to keep the account open and the numbers reserved. Still NO BILLING statements. After the initial contact, it was nearly impossible to reach our account 'rep'. And calling their generic customer service number took forever to get to the correct person - who STILL couldn't help us. After 7 months, they sent our closed account to collections!? Seriously? Who is in charge of this circus? (Answer: No One!)
